Open Letter to Rapid Tune Automotive Services

I have to tell you I have become aware that numerous ex customers of Rapid Tune have made claims that your company is a sham company that makes a habit of over charging for work performed, even charging for work that that was never performed. as well as quoting reasonable prices to obtain the job then without getting the customers permission claiming that more work was necessary to complete the job and charging up to 5 or more times the original quote, while claiming the original quote was an estimate not a quote.

This reply is to inform you that I intend to contest your overpriced account through the small claims tribunal as soon as I have gathered enough proof of the way Rapid Tune conducts its business, which should not take too long.

I have also arranged to produce websites that will appear as Rapid Tune sites when ever the Rapid Tune name is Googled or searched for on every search engine in Australia until my claim is satisfied.
